Terms & Conditions of Hire

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (including fire, terrorism, natural disasters, extreme weather, flooding, cyclones, earthquakes, labour disturbance or war) that prevent attendance or safe operation.​If a force majeure event prevents the service, we will offer a reschedule (subject to availability) or a credit valid for 6 months. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we will refund amounts paid minus reasonable, non-recoverable costs already incurred such as labour hire costs, design, admin, travel and customisations (subject to ACL).

The Client indemnifies RM Party Wonderland for claims, liability, loss or damage connected with the event and use of the booth/photos/videos, except to the extent caused by our negligence.

If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder still applies. Changes must be agreed in writing. We both agree to try to resolve disputes in good faith. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Updated Terms apply to future bookings only.These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights under the ACL that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability for breach of a consumer guarantee is limited (at our option) to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services resupplied.
