Is there a limit on how many prints can be printed per session?

Unlike many photo booth businesses that restrict printing to 1 or 2 copies per session, our system allows you to print a copy for every guest, so no one misses out on the fun.

Example: If there are 6 people in the photo, you can print out 6 prints.

Can I have a different colour backdrop other than green?

Accepted Answer

​This specific green colour is universally chosen by all photo booth businesses because it's the least common colour found in human skin tones and clothing, making it the easiest for the software to isolate and replace it with a new image.

How much space do you need to set up?

Accepted Answer

All we need is a flat, dry and level area about 3.0m x 3.0m, with a nearby power outlet.

We also need 2.5m clearance under the roof if you select one of our non-curtain backdrops.

How quick does it take to set up?

Accepted Answer

Around 1.5 hours. This is just an average, as times can vary significantly depending on the venue or house.

Can we have the booth outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Our photo booths can work outdoors - without cover - in the late afternoon and night under guaranteed clear conditions.

During the day, we do require our booths under cover.

Weather exposure causes several problems for our photo booths:
Touch screens stop working properly when wet
Direct sunlight on the camera or guests lowers photo quality
Water and electricity together create a serious safety risk for guests and staff
Our equipment isn't waterproof, so any moisture can cause permanent damage
Electrical and computer equipment overheats in direct sunlight and stops working

What orientation are the photos?

You can select your photos to be in either LANDSCAPE (more people) or PORTRAIT (more of the body vertically) orientation, depending on which print template you select.

Is an attendant included in the package?

Accepted Answer

Yes - they will oversee the booth, assist your guests, and keep queues moving - and because our booths are genuinely self-service and easy to use, everything keeps running smoothly even during a brief step-away.

Question 8

What happens in case of technical issues?

Accepted Answer

Our attendants are trained to deal with issues if they arise, and for more complex solutions, our operations team is also available during the event for quick support.

Whilst extremely rare, if the booth cannot operate for more than 30 minutes due to fault of our equipment, we'll either extend our service so your guests don't miss out on the fun, or you’ll receive a pro-rata refund of the hire.
