Terms & Conditions of Hire

Provider: RM Party WonderlandClient: the person/business booking our servicesThese Terms are the entire agreement and replace all prior discussions/documents.

A $200 deposit per booth or a 25% deposit for bookings >$1,000 in November & December secures your date (unless you book under 14 days from the event - in this case, full is payment is due). Your date is not confirmed until deposit is received.The balance is due 7 days before the event and must be paid no later than 48 hours before the event start time shown on the booking/invoice.If full payment is not received by then, the booking is treated as cancelled by the Client and the booking fee is forfeited.

Bookings made more than 30 days out: the Client may cancel within 7 days of paying the booking fee for a full refund. After that, the booking fee is non-refundable.Bookings within 30 days of the event: the booking fee is non-refundable immediately.​​The booking fee is a genuine pre-estimate of our costs and losses in reserving the date (including admin, rostering, design/prep and turning away other jobs).

If booked within 14 days of the event date, full payment is required at booking and no booking fee (deposit) applies.

Minimum hire duration is 2 hours; however, due to high demand and extra outlays on Friday and Saturday evenings, a minimum hire period of 3 hours may apply for bookings on these nights, at our discretion.

Travel surcharge applies for events more than 30km from Perth CBD. Travel fee outside 30km is $2/km. If the event is more than 3 hours’ drive from Perth CBD and ends after 11pm, the Client must provide/pay overnight accommodation.
