What is an Open Air Photo Booth?

 

An open photobooth is a camera booth that is not enclosed or bulky, like a traditional photo booth.

 

It is open space, minimalist, and places the focus guest interaction and freedom to move and pose, in an open space, however they like.

How much does it cost to hire?

  • 2 hours - $660

  • 3 hours - $770

  • 4 hours - $880

  • 5 hours - $990

This includes props, a choice from our photobooth backdrops, unlimited photos, instant prints and photo library.

How much space do you need for set up?

 

All we need is a flat, dry and level area about 3.0m x 3.0m, with a nearby power outlet.

We also need 2.5m clearance under the roof if you select one of our non-curtain backdrops.

How quickly does it take to set up?

Around 1.5 hours. This is just an average, as times can vary significantly depending on the venue or house.

Can we have it outdoors?

​​

Mainly due to the backdrops (safety hazard in the wind) and electrical equipment not designed to be in direct sunlight and rain, the Open Air Photo Booth is an under-cover only product for both day and night.

You may also hire shelter from us for $100 for the 3.0m x 3.0m gazebo or $150 for the 6.0m x 3.0m gazebo to have it for outdoor events.

How can the guests get their photos and prints?

With its interactive touch screen features the guests will have the choice of printing their photos or sending it to themselves via SMS immediately after taking their photos.

Can you customise the borders for our event?

​Absolutely! We’ll add a custom overlay (border) of your choosing to every photo, like names, dates, logos, and graphics to match your event.​​​​​

What's more, we'll give you the option of 8 different templates to choose from, ranging from print strips to postcards, and containing 1 to 4 landscape or portrait photos.

If I hire you for a certain number of hours, what does this exactly mean?

For example, if you hire us for 3 hours, that means we will operate the booth for your guests for 3 hours.

Setup and pack-down, before and after, are free of charge.

Do I get copies of the photos after the event?

 

You as the event host will receive digital copies of all of the images - via an online link - within 24 hours of the conclusion of your event.

Will someone be there to assist my guests?

 

Definitely! A professional attendant will either be at the event, or close by, to assist guests and fix any issues (rarely happens).

Once the guests get a hang on how to use the open photo booth, the attendant becomes less involved in helping guests take photos.

How do I book?

​You have two options to choose from; you can book online or contact us to view packages, request a quote and to book.

In both cases, a deposit is required to be paid to secure the booth, date and time and prevent others from booking that time slot.​​​
