Cancellation Policy
BOOKING FEE (DEPOSIT) REQUIREMENTS: A non-refundable $200 booking fee is required for all photo booth services (excluding Mirror Me and Pylon Booth options) and when paid only this will secure your service and date, and the remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event. CANCELLATION POLICY: For bookings made 30+ days before the event, there is a 7-day grace period for a full refund of the booking fee. After this, the booking fee becomes non-refundable. For bookings made within 30 days of the event, the booking fee is non-refundable upon payment. WHY IS THE BOOKING FEE NON-REFUNDABLE: The booking fee reserves your event date, preventing other bookings, and covers planning and administrative costs. LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS: Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment upfront (A separate invoice will be issued if the booking is made online, to complete the payment). BALANCE OF PAYMENT: If The Client fails to make full payment before the event, the event will be cancelled and the booking fee forfeited. GUARANTEE OF SERVICE: All payments, including the booking fee, are protected by a 100% money-back guarantee if RM Party Wonderland cancels or fails to provide the service.
