Setup and pack-down are FREE ✔ 2 Hours – $800 ✔ 3 Hours – $1,200 ✔ 4 Hours – $1,600 ✔ 5 Hours – $2,000 TRAVEL FEE ✔ No travel fee within 30km from Perth CBD ✔ $2 per km for every km over 30km IDLE HOURS ✔ $60 per hour – Covers any time the booth is set up but not in use (e.g., if early setup is needed before service starts). ✔ Note: If booking online, idle hours and travel fees will be billed separately, if applicable. SETUP REQUIREMENTS ✔ Space: 3m x 3m ✔ Power outlet within 10m ✔ Must be undercover or in the shade during the day (can be outdoors in the evening if there is no rain) ✔ Hard, flat, even surface (carpet is fine; our mobile platform is available for grass) ✔ Setup time: 1.5 hours ✔ Pack-down time: 1 hour PACKAGE INCLUSIONS ✔ Unlimited 360 slow-motion videos ✔ Full-body 360 videos ✔ Fits 4–5 guests on the booth ✔ High-quality props ✔ Instant-action bubble guns ✔ Customised 360 video borders ✔ LED lights for clear lighting ✔ RGB lights customised to match your theme ✔ 360 video booth strip lighting to fit your theme ✔ Video sharing station ✔ Online gallery with all 360 videos for download within 24 hours after the event ✔ Stanchions and ropes for crowd control ✔ Large round carpets for presentation and floor protection ✔ Friendly attendants BRANDING OPTIONS ✔ The RM Party Wonderland logo is usually on the booth, but you can request to have it removed. Or you can have your own logo for $150 (includes GST). HOW TO BOOK ✔ Book online or ask for a quote. ✔ A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. ✔ If your event is in less than 7 days, full payment is required. ✔ Online bookings for last-minute events: You’ll only be asked for the deposit initially, and we’ll send a separate invoice within 24 hours for the remaining amount.

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING FEE (DEPOSIT) REQUIREMENTS: A non-refundable $200 booking fee is required for all photo booth services (excluding Mirror Me, Glam Digital, and Pylon Booth options) and when paid only this will secure your service and date, and the remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event. CANCELLATION POLICY: For bookings made 30+ days before the event, there is a 7-day grace period for a full refund of the booking fee. After this, the booking fee becomes non-refundable. For bookings made within 30 days of the event, the booking fee is non-refundable upon payment. WHY IS THE BOOKING FEE NON-REFUNDABLE: The booking fee reserves your event date, preventing other bookings, and covers planning and administrative costs. LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS: Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment upfront (A separate invoice will be issued if the booking is made online, to complete the payment). GUARANTEE OF SERVICE: All payments, including the booking fee, are protected by a 100% money-back guarantee if RM Party Wonderland cancels or fails to provide the service.
