How much space do you need to set up?

All we need is a flat, dry and level area about 1.0m x 1.0m.

We can bring our own cocktail bar table to hold the phone, or you may use your own table.

The phone is also battery operated, and does not require a powerpoint to operate.

How quick does it take to set up?

Around 10 to 30 minutes. This is just an average, as times can vary significantly depending on the venue or house.

Can we have the Audio Guestbook outdoors?

The Audio Guestbook is not designed to be in direct sunlight, and works well indoors or in shaded areas.

It can also stay outside during the night if not raining.

Can we customise the greeting message when the guests pick up the phone?

Absolutely! Let us know if you have a specific greeting in mind.

We will then provide an AI-generated greeting in an Australian accent - in an authentic, real-life sounding male or female voice - for approval.

Does the phone require internet reception?

No. The audio guestbook records messages directly on the device, so no internet is required.

Does the phone require an Attendant?

No Attendant required - guests can operate the audio guestbook easily and safely, as it is designed to be self-serve and very easy to use.

Will guests know what to do?

Yes - we provide simple instructions on the sign next to the phone. It’s designed to be self-explanatory and fun.

Can the guests share to themselves their audio message during the event?

Accepted Answer

No - there are no sharing options on the device. Messages are stored directly on the device for the hosts.

Do I get copies of the messages after the event?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely - you’ll receive an online download link with all the messages from your event by the next day.

Please note: the link is available for 3 months, so we recommend downloading everything as soon as you can before it expires.
