All we need is a flat, dry and level area about 1.0m x 1.0m.

We'll also need a power point within 10 metres of the booth placement.

How quick does it take to set up?

Around 30 minutes. This is just an average, as times can vary significantly depending on the venue or house.

Can we have the Video Guestbook outdoors?

Accepted Answer

The Video Guestbook is not designed to be in direct sunlight, and works well indoors or in shaded areas.

It can also stay outside during the night if not raining.

Does the Video Guestbook require an Attendant?

Accepted Answer

No Attendant required - guests can operate the video guestbook easily and safely, as it is designed to be self-serve and very easy to use.

Will guests know what to do?

Accepted Answer

Yes - we provide simple instructions on the start screen telling guests what to do. It’s designed to be self-explanatory and fun.

Will the guests be able to download their videos?

Accepted Answer

Your guests will have the option of either SMS or Airdrop to immediately download their videos.

Question 7

Do I get copies of the videos after the event?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely - you’ll receive an online download link with all the videos from your event by the next day.

Please note: the link is available for 3 months, so we recommend downloading everything as soon as you can before it expires.
