How much space do you need to set up?

All we need is a flat, dry and level area about 3.0m x 3.0m, with a nearby power outlet.

How quick does it take to set up?

Accepted Answer

Around 1.5 hours. This is just an average, as times can vary significantly depending on the venue or house.

Can we have the booth outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Mainly due to the backdrops (safety hazard in the wind) and electrical equipment not designed to be in direct sunlight and rain, the Open Air Booth is an under-cover (indoor, under patio, in gazebo, in marquee tent) only product for both day and night.

Question 4

Can we customise the border on our prints?

Absolutely! You can add names, dates, logos, titles and graphics to your border​​​​​.

What's more, we'll give you the option of several different templates to choose from, ranging from print strips to postcards (postcards may come with a small surcharge), with each containing either 1 to 4 landscape or portrait photos.

What orientation are the photos?

You can choose your photos to be in either LANDSCAPE (more people) or PORTRAIT (more of the body vertically) orientation, depending on which print template you select.

How can the guests get their photos and prints?

Accepted Answer

Your guests will have the following sharing options immediately after taking their photos:
 • Instant prints (every guest receives a copy)
 • Send digital copies to themselves either via SMS or AirDrop

Question 7

Do I get copies of the images after the event?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely - you’ll receive an online download link with all the photos from your event by the next day.

Please note: the link is available for 3 months, so we recommend downloading everything as soon as you can before it expires.

Question 8

Will you be supplying an Attendant?

Accepted Answer

Definitely! A friendly attendant will be with you during the event.

Even if the booth is briefly unattended, guests can still operate it easily and safely, as it is designed to be self-serve and very easy to use.

Is the pricing fixed?

Our pricing is based on your event details so we can give you a quote that’s fair and accurate.

Once you receive your quote, your price is locked in unless you change the booking (e.g. duration, location, date, or add-ons).

We may consider:
 • Venue access (stairs/lift, parking/loading, bump-in/bump-out)
 • Day of the week / season
 • Hire duration
 • Approx. guest numbers
 • Travel
 • Level of customisation
