For example, if you’d like the booth set up by 5pm but not open until 7pm, or to close the booth for an hour during dinner, etc. They are a great option to use if you’d like to break up your package hours! INSTANT TEXT/MMS DELIVERY $50 This allows guests to send their selfies, GIFs, and videos as an MMS message to their phone after their Mirror Booth experience. MAGNETIC STRIP POA Want your guests to be able to display their photos from your event on their refrigerator, file cabinet, or any metal surface? Add on a magnetic frame or strip to you package. This is a good party favour for your guests! GUEST BOOK $100 This add-on is ideal for weddings and milestone birthdays. Your guest book can be personalised for your special day. Price includes glue and pens! CUSTOM START SCREEN $100 This is the opening screen that your guests will see before the Mirror Booth takes their photos. You have a theme? No worries. The animations be can tailored to your event. You give us an idea, we put a proof together for your review. GREEN SCREEN FEATURE $100 This uses a simple green screen backdrop & automatic chroma keying to let your guests position themselves anywhere in the world. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event taking place. If your event is less than 30 days away, the full payment is required. However, if you book online and your event is less than 30 days away, you will only be asked for a booking fee/deposit, and in that case we'll send you the remaining invoice within 24 hours to complete payment.
Cancellation Policy
1. Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least 30 days in advance of the original event date. 2. Date change is subject to availability and receipt of a new booking contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the booking fee (deposit) shall be forfeited, and event cancelled. 3. Any cancellation by the client will forfeit any booking fee payment made. Why is a booking fee non-refundable? a. By securing your date and service, this means RM Party Wonderland are not able to, and is being prevented from, making other bookings for that service on that date. b. It reflects the time we put into events prior to attending, and is not limited to scheduling, hiring, artistry for photos/videos, organising labour and administration. 4. In the event that the Client cancels the event without prior request to RM Party Wonderland, the Client agrees that they are liable for the full payment of the invoice. 5. If RM Party Wonderland cancels the event, the full amount paid by the client, including the booking fee, will be refunded to the client.
