Most booths need about 3m x 3m and a power point; Roaming needs no fixed space. The Sky 360, will need up to 3.5m x 3.5m space on the floor, and 2.8m under the roof.

The 360 Video Booth can work outdoors with the right conditions, whereas the print and digital booths are under-cover only, and our roaming booths are generally outdoor-friendly (weather permitting). The biggest obstacles preventing outdoor events are the following: • Backdrops in the wind (they act like a windsail and are not stable) • Our booths, printers, and electrical equipment are not waterproof, and touch screens do not operate in the rain • Direct sunlight into the camera or shining on the guests generally means poor quality photos and videos • Equipment overheating • Uneven surfaces

Mirror/Open Air/Glam/Green Screen/Heart include instant prints; Digital & Roaming are digital-only. What's more, every guest in the photo gets to have a copy for themselves. Note, the 360 video booths only produce videos.

Definitely! A friendly attendant will be with you during the event, except for the Audio and Video Guestbooks, which are drop-offs. For our 360 events, our attendants will personally operate the 360 booths and assist around the sharing station. As for our photo booth events, their role is more overseeing and assisting, and will only operate to help reduce queues. Even if the booth is briefly unattended, guests can still operate them easily and safely, as they are designed to be self-serve and very easy to use.

Our pricing is based on your event details so we can give you a quote that’s fair and accurate. Once you receive your quote, your price is locked in unless you change the booking (e.g. duration, location, date, or add-ons). We may consider: • Venue access (stairs/lift, parking/loading, bump-in/bump-out) • Day of the week / season • Hire duration • Approx. guest numbers • Travel • Level of customisation
